A financial reward that the establishment grants to the beneficiary who have been approved construction loan and has completed the housing without benefiting from disbursing the loan granted by the establishment
This to assign a contractor after the client sign the new housing loan with the Establishment. This requires to open a new project and assessment of the project through plans, technical requirements study and cost evaluation of sq foot execution and studying the contractors' project assessment as well as quantity and percentage of allocation on works list in compliance with architectural standards.
The client get to start to withdraw first payment for the project according to percentage of completion through payment certificate applied to the Establishment verified by the contractor and consultant and the owner gets verified for the payment and signs on it.
This service enables the provision of fixed-model villas at various costs based on the size of each villa, that are designed to meet the demands of various families, whether in terms of family size or financial ability.
The client get to withdraw running payments for the building projects and the contractor submits the payment after consultant & client's verification and signing it off.
For the client to request release of all retained of 10% of the contract value between the Establishment and the loaner.

They are electronic services provided by Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) for direct to the business sector, including suppliers, contractors, and owners, in order to facilitate contracting procedures for housing projects and obtain home loan payments.
This service allows Suppliers to initiate their registration at the Establishment in accordance with such prescribed conditions under Law No. 6 of 1997 on Contracts of Government Departments in the Emirate of Dubai, as amended; thus, they may take part in tenders for assuming works or provision of services and supplies.
This service is regulated by Contracts and Procurement Section at the Finance Department
These are services provided by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment directed to the business sector, including suppliers and contractors, by registering on the suppliers' portal provided by the Smart Dubai, which gives them the opportunity to participate in tenders or to provide services or supplies.
