Information Security Policy Statement


The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment understands and knows the importance of "information" for its business operations, and is therefore committed and obligated to provide its customers, business partners and employees with a safe environment for processing information. The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment wishes to achieve the security of its information assets based on three principles in information security: confidentiality, integrity and availability. The optimal security of the information assets will be achieved by classifying them based on business value and exposure to risk. Therefore, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment will ensure the privacy of the institution, customers, business partners and employees by protecting the information from any unauthorized entry, disclosure and / or loss. The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment will continuously and effectively try to manage the risks to which information is exposed to an acceptable level by designing, implementing and maintaining an effective information security management system that adopts the latest practices and standards in this field. The information security management system will be in line with the requirements of federal laws, Dubai government laws and regulatory requirements and will fulfill the purpose by encouraging and promoting information security awareness among all in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.



The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment policy prohibits any unauthorized entry, disclosure, copying, modification, departure, damage, loss, misuse, or theft of any information. In addition, the policy of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment aims to protect information that belongs to other parties that have been submitted to the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment in a manner consistent with its sensitivity as well as in accordance with all the agreement in force.
