Bourhima explained that the Hatta project consists of two models, the first is 4 bedrooms, with a total number of 329 houses, and the second is 2 bedrooms, and the first model is 4 bedrooms, consisting of two floors, with a total area of ​​the model of 4222 square feet, and varies Among the three models, Islamic, local and Andalusian, while the second model consists of two bedrooms of one floor, with a total area of ​​the model of 2425 square feet, as well as varies between 3 models, Islamic, local and Andalusian, taking into account the possibility of future expansion.
