      ​This Service enables the client to obtain an apartment grant from the residential complexes projects which are under construction and being supervised by the Establishment with no charge for individuals, spouses and small families with less than 4 members.

      Target Audience
      Emirate of Dubai' citizens of income less than AED 15000 have the right to apply to this service.
      Required Documents
      1. Filling the application form (Housing service application form)Download File
      2. Emirate ID copy (With original / For both spouses)
      3. Passport copy demonstrating the file number (with the original/For both spouses)
      4. Copy of the Family Book with page 26 and the last page (With original)
      5. Passports copy  for children or dependents demonstrating the file number (For widows, Divorced Women, For wives of non nationals (GCC national )/ husbands married to more than one wife (With no children) categories.
      6. Declaration of the continuity of marital relationship recently issued and certified (Unless the wife is added to the family book/ or the application is in the name of the wife)
      7. Current proof of civil status or divorce certificate (Issued recently, less than 6 months. For widows, divorced women, husbands married to a second wife, and wives of non-nationals (GCC national) only.
      8. Proof certificate of custody or supporting children (Issued recently, less than 6 months. For widows, divorced women, husbands married to a second wife, and wives of non-nationals (GCC national only).
      9. Current proof of civil status for females 18 years old and above (Issued recently, less than 6 months. For widows and divorced women only)
      10. Decree of Distribution Certificate (for widows and single women who has no supporter)
      11. Recently issued salary certificate from the employer or any evidence of other incomes. Such as trade licenses provided that the client shall be an owner therein + commercial licenses account statement certified from entity of issuance (Issued recently, less than six months)
      12. Certified employment contract from the General Pension and Social Security Authority and the Ministry of Labor for the employees of the private sector (Issued recently, less than 6 months)
      13. Salary Certificate demonstrating the deceased person income (For widows only, Issued recently, less than six months)
      14. A bank statement for the last 3 months showing the salary transfer.
      15. Copy of a valid rental contract or a proof of residence (If any).

      Certificate or copy of the previous grant sale demonstrating the value and date of sale (certified by Dubai Land Department / For Grant users)


      Terms And Conditions

      • He should be UAE national, holding passport and Family book issued from the Emirate of Dubai.
      • Married, whatever his age is.
      • Applicant or spouse has not previously had any residential plot or a ready house from any governmental authority whether federal or local.
      •  The monthly income shall be less than (AED 15000) (without calculating the income of the wife).
      • In case a ready house is granted to a national male, he shall assign the previously granted space residential plot.
      • He shall move to the governmental house within 3 months of receiving the same. (Cancellation)
      • A written undertaking not to lease the governmental house to third parties or to use it for any purposes other than as a private residential house.
      • It is not allowed to lease the governmental house to third parties or use it for any other purpose other than the special housing, and the receiver shall sign an undertaking for this purpose.
      • In case of benefiting from the Sheikh Zayed Housing Scheme, it isn't permissible to apply for another request to benefit from the Establishment .
      • for the category of those who are married to a second wife:
      • He shall be married to the Second (National) wife for at least 3 years while he shall be married to the second (Non-National) wife for at least 5 years, provided that the age of the applicant does not exceed 60 years when applying for the service.
      • The housing service obtained previously did not fulfill the requirements of his second wife family.
      • The second wife did not benefit from any housing services provided by any governmental, federal, or local authority.
      • The children of the second wife shall be registered in the family book.
      • She should be UAE national, holding passport and Family book issued from the Emirate of Dubai.
      • Widow / Divorced woman having 2 children or less, provided to prove that they are under her custody / support under a judgment issued by the competent court.
      • The monthly income shall be less than (AED 15000). As for the wives of non-nationals (GCC nationals), the income of both spouses shall not exceed the maximum limit specified by the Board of the Establishment (15000).
      • In case a ready house is granted to a national male, he shall assign the previously granted space residential plot.
      • He shall move to the governmental house within 3 months of receiving the same.
      • A written undertaking not to lease the governmental house to third parties or to use it for any purposes other than as a private residential house.
      • It is not allowed to lease the governmental house to third parties or use it for any other purpose other than the special housing, and the receiver shall sign an undertaking for this purpose.
      • In case of benefiting from the Sheikh Zayed Housing Scheme, it isn't permissible to apply for another request to benefit from the Establishment .
      • The national wife who's married to non-GCC national and does not have children.
      • She shall be married for no less than 5 years and her husband is not able to provide a proper house for her.
      • To prove her permanent resident with her husband in UAE
      • There is no owned house for neither of the spouses in the country and the husband is not able to provide a proper house for her.
      • Applicant or spouse has not previously had a housing loan and a governmental house from any governmental authority whether federal or local.
