    • Description
       

      ​Client can obtain a land grant in order to build a residential house.

      Target Audience
       
      ​Dubai citizens that received no other benefits as per conditions for each category to apply to this service.​
      Required Documents
      1- Download FileFill the service request form  

      2- ID copy and original (couples).

      3- Full passport copy with cover and original (couples).

      4- Civil status copy  (including page 26 and last page) and original.

      5- Passport copy of children, cover and page 26 (for widows& divorcees and ones married to Dubai issued passport holder or non) citizen or citizen that has multiple wives).

      6- Current verified proof of marriage(if wife is not added to civil record/or request is in wife's name).

      7- Current (6 months) proof of civil status (widows and divorcees and single females only).

      8- Proof of children financial support or custody (6 months recent) (widows & divorcees).

      9- Current proof of civil status for females 18 and above years old (6 month recent)(widows/divorcees).

      10- Succession Certificate (only widows and singles without financial supporter).

      11- Recent work sponsor letter or any other income entity of no less than (15000AED) (married and singles above 25 years old).

      12- Financial statement of  500,000AED financing entity or bank support (singles younger than 25 years old, females citizens married to non citizen and working single males regardless of age).

      13- Recent income statement from employee or any other income resources such as commercial licenses on condition that it's in the client's name + commercial licenses statement from entity of issuance (6montsh recent)

      14- Verified employment contract from  Ministry of labour for private sector (6months recent).

      15- Income statement of the deceased (widows only) (6months recent)

      16- Download File Fill the form (Construction agreement within a specific period). MRHE/QP/55/QF/01

      17- Certificate or copy of the previous grant sale stating the value and date of sale verified by Dubai Land & Property authority (Grant users)

      18- Letter of explanation of use with documentation (Grant users)
      19.Download FileObligation to build form  



       
      Note: In case of partnership with 1st degree relative, to supply all following documents in point:3/11/12 and: Personal Guarantee to settle housing loan.

      Terms And Conditions
       
      ​Male
      ​1- Citizen of the country and holds a passport & civil record issued by Dubai emirate

      2- Married or single and not younger than 20.(sallary greater than 10000)

      3- Applicant or wife has not previously had any housing loan or gov. housing from any gov entity federal or local.

      4- To have obtained a building loan from the Establishment or loan or grant of any other financing entities in the government or employer or has financial blanket of 500,000AED for those younger than 25, single or with income no less than 15000AED or those older than 25.
         
      5- Housing is not permitted to be sold or leased or gifted or donated or any other mean of deed transfer.

      6- Land will be seized by the municipality if construction has not started within 3 years of map date of issuance and construction period is not longer than 2 years.

      7- In case of land seize for no construction, client can apply for another land grant after 2 years period of land seize date.
       
       
      Female
      - To be a citizen and has a passport and civil record from Dubai Emirate.
      - Married / provided that the husband is a UAE national and holds a passport and a civil record from Dubai Emirate.
      - Widow/divorced and has a son or more with proof of financial support/custody issued by the concerned court.
      - Applicant or spouse has not previously had any housing loan or gov. housing from any gov entity federal or local.
      - To have obtained a building loan from the Establishment or loan or grant of any other financing entities in the government.
      - Housing is not permitted to be sold or leased or gifted or donated or any other mean of deed transfer.
