    • Description

      ​Client can obtain a no interest loan of 750,000AED maximum to construct a residential house within a specific period.

      Target Audience

      ​Dubai citizens with income of (10,700 -100,000AED) can apply.

      Required Documents
      1- Download FileFill the service request form  

      2- ID copy and original (single/couple).

      3- Full passport copy with cover and original (single/couple).

      4- Civil status copy  (including page 26 and last page) and original.

      5- Passport copy of children, cover and page 26 (for widows& divorcees and ones married to Dubai issued passport holder or non)

      6- Current verified proof of marriage(if wife is not added to civil record/or request is in wife's name).

      7- Current (6months) proof of civil status

      8- A letter in the husband's name from the General Direct orate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai proves the certificate ( in the for of wife's name).

      9- Proof of civil status or 6 months recent divorce certificate (widows and divorcees).

      10- Proof of children financial support or custody (6 months recent) (widows & divorcees).

      11- Current proof of civil status for females 18 and above years old (6 month recent)(widows/divorcees/citizen married to non citizen).

      12- Succession Certificate (only widows and singles without financial supporter).

      13- Recent work sponsor letter or any other income entity, such as commercial licenses on condition that the client is an owner+statement of all commercial licenses verified from concerned entity (6months recent).

      14- Verified employment contract from  Ministry of labor for private sector (6months recent).

      15- Income statement verified by the Pension Authority& Ministry of labor for private sector (6months recent)

      16- Income statement of the deceased (widow s only) (6months recent)

      17- Recent financial obligation statement from the bank with income transfer and any other if there are loans.

      18- Download FileBank Statement of last 3 months of income.  

      19- Valid house lease or proof of residency.

      20- Certificate or copy of the previous grant sale stating the value and date of sale verified by Dubai Land & Property authority (Grant users)

      21- Letter of explanation of use with documentation (Grant users)

      22- Letter with husband's name from General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs verified in case of application is in wife's name and married to non citizen.


      Note: In case of partnership with 1st degree relative, to supply all following documents in point:3/11/12/15 and: Personal Guarantee to settle housing loan.

      Terms And Conditions

      Male

      1- Not younger than 21 years or single and older than 35 years and has a residential empty land prior to Establishment's foundation.

      2- Citizen of the country and holds a passport & civil record issued by Dubai emirate.

      3- Applicant or wife has not previously had any housing loan or gov. housing from any gov entity federal or local and in case of any action, request will be provoked.

      4- Applicant's income is not less than (10,700AED)

      5- Partnership with first degree relatives is permitted(son/daughter/father/spouse)

      6-Housing is not permitted to be sold or leased or gifted or donated or any other mean of deed transfer against payment or non without the agreement of the Establishment.

      7- Housing is only for personal use of residing and no other and client signs on an agreement of this.

      8- Client will waiver granted residential land in place of the house purchase or presents an agreement to exchange the house with the land agreement if any of them is available.

      9- In time of allocation, payment of the additional amount to the house loan  agreed by the Establishment, must be fully paid.

      10- Construction vicinity is not more than 8000Sqm.

      Note: Singles & the approved for residential land and agreed to not claim the loan can apply for construction loan with the supporting documents: Construction permit, construction signs & marks & work progress report.
       

      Female
      1- Married to a citizen with passport issued by Dubai emirate or non citizen) on condition she has residential land grant in Dubai.

      2- Widow and has a son or more with proof of financial support issued by the concerned court.

      3- Divorced and has a son or more with proof of custody issued by the concerned court.

      4- To be a citizen and has a passport and civil record from Dubai Emirate.

      5- Applicant's income is not less than (10,700AED)

      6- Partnership with first degree relatives is permitted(son/daughter/father/spouse)

      7- Housing is not permitted to be sold or leased or gifted or donated or any other mean of deed transfer against payment or non without the agreement of the Establishment.

      8- Housing is only for personal use of residing and no other and client signs on an agreement of this.

      9- In time of allocation, payment of the additional amount to the house loan  agreed by the Establishment, must be fully paid.

      10- Construction vicinity is not more than 8000Sqm.​
