Al Manal Nursery
The Institution’s initiative was to establish Al-Manal Nursery within the Council
of Ministers' decision issued in 2006 which seeks to provide nurseries for the children
of female employees working in government departments and institutions in Dubai.
It was named Al-Manal Nursery in recognition of the role of the wife of His Highness
Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential
Affairs, Sheikha Manal Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of Dubai
Women’s Foundation, in support of the National Nursery Project.

Mission
To create a positive and safe learning environment for children to develop their mental, physical and social skills and abilities, and their impact is reflected positively on the working mother through a qualified and creative team.
Objectives
- To provide a safe and healthy educational environment that supports healthy child development
- To develop the child’s skills and creativity and encourage him/ her to discover and love learning
- To instill values, ethics and good habits and traditions in children, and raise a child who loves his country and his family and has a distinctive personality
- To raise the level of job satisfaction for working mothers by having children near them while performing their job duties
- Activities and curricula are designed to develop children's physical, intellectual, social and emotional capacities and promote cognitive and sensory development.
- Teaching children language skills, verbal expression and communication with others
- Discover and develop creative skills and stimulate discovery and learning
- To introduce the child to Islamic teachings, social values and the development of patriotism by strengthening his national identity
- Taking into account the individual needs and abilities of each child, based on a modern scientific system and techniques that contribute to the promotion of all aspects of child development and skills.
