What is the procedure for maintenance / addition / replacement grant for housing?

After the approval, the engineering sector (Maintenance and Technical services department) coordinates with the customer and agrees on the services to be applied, and then coordinates with the concerned authorities in the establishment to issue a tender and award the bid to the most appropriate company to start working on the site.

When will I get the approval?

The customer number is the unified number of the customer in the establishment’s system, the application number is the number of the type of service customer applied for, the customer is given more than one application number according to the housing services applied for. Example: Ahmed’s customer number is 000000 – loan application number 000001 – Grant application number 000002 – Maintenance request number 000003

What are the requirements for obtaining the service and the method to apply?
